Mythbuntu-repos db page

This page hosts the flat db file used by mythbuntu-repos to determine supported MythTV builds for a particular release. This file needs to be edited when there is a new mythtv upstream release. Each line contains a two values separated by a tab. The first value must be the release (ie. lucid) in all lower case. The second value must be the mythtv version.

As this is a flat db file, each line should be unique. eg. There can be multiple lines with lucid, and/or multiple lines with 0.23.1, but there shouldn't be multiple lines that have both lucid AND 0.23.1

The lines also need to be grouped by release, then sorted by version number.
