Mythbuntu 9.04 Beta Has Arrived!
The time has arrived for Mythbuntu Jaunty Jackalope to emerge in its Beta form. With this release, we are providing mirroring on sponsored mirrors and torrents.
It is very important to note that this release is not compatible with Mythbuntu 7.10 or any other MythTV 0.20.2 based distribution.
Changes from Mythbuntu 9.04 alpha 6:
Underlying system
* Alternate disks are still not being made.
* Underlying Ubuntu updates (see http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/jaunty/beta)
MythTV
* MythTV 0.21-fixes19961 included.
* Better handling of mysql errors
Improvements not on the disk
* MythExport
* There is a new .deb for installing and configuring the weekly builds repo. More on this here

Known issues
* During the live session, you may not be able to use mythtv-setup or run mythfrontend on a system that does not use hardware acceleration for it's open source driver. After install, this has been fixed in web updates. Closed source drivers (AMD & NVIDIA) are not affected.
